These apartments are new, they were only completed in July 2009. They are situated in the road behind the Ambassador Hotel, near the Hotels Rosamar and Calypso, so quite a central location near the night life.
NB: They are not let to young single sex groups, only families and couples.
There are two buildings with shared communal grounds including large swimming pool, indoor pool, tennis courts and underground parking. They are suitable for wheelchair users.
The apartments have one bedroom, separate kitchen, bathroom, lounge/dining room and balcony. Included in the price is air conditioning, heating and TV with some English channels. The kitchens have oven, toaster, kettle. There is a washing machine in a separate area.
Price includes the use of water, gas, electricity and cleaning on departure. Bed linen and towels are also supplied and changed weekly. Refundable cash deposit of 150 euros per apartment payable on arrival.
