These apartments are 350m. up the hill behind the Hotel Lido. From here you get partial views of the sea, particularly from the higher floors.
These apartments are mainly used by groups of young people as they are basic.
Facilities include a swimming pool, which is only guaranteed to be open from mid June to mid September, and private parking (payable locally).
The apartments have two bedrooms, living/dining room, kitchen, bathroom and open balcony. They sleep up to 6 people. They do not have TV or safe.
Price includes the use of water, gas, electricity and cleaning on departure. Bed linen and towels are also supplied and changed weekly. Refundable cash deposit of 150 euros per apartment payable on arrival.

Property: just got back from this dump (sat 24/09/2011) I would highly recommend you DONT stay at this hotel. the place is full of ants and weirdos. up the top of cardiac hill(just behind gemelos 28) the lift to reception doesnt work and the slope is so steep the taxi wont take you to reception so have to climb approx 100 steps that are all broken and is pitch black at night cos the lights dont work there is no security, the reception area is open 24hrs and we had tramps sleeping in the corridors and stair wells. sink was blocked and no plug for the bath grrrr. chairs was being thrown from the balconys as well as sick, pizzas + kebabs that greated you the next morning all over the place. this place really is the pits. please spend an extra few euros and get a decent place. the bed clothes are curtains, no kettle or tv(prob been chucked from balcony) was woken each morning about 5am by people arguing + fighting. this place is by far the worst hotel in benidorm!!!!!
Hotels Abroad: good site this is the 2nd time ive used them, first time we got a bargain in june 2011. but this time was not a good one.

Property: this is a property that is right at the very top of cardiac hill, not for the faint hearted and definately a no go with children and pushchairs, as the lifts dont work upto the apartments. a lot of workers live in this block which i suppose is ok. the view was unbelievable though.
Hotels Abroad: the service we received upon the suitable of the apartment was second to none, we were moved to more suitable accomodation first thing the next morning. 100% efficiency and would use again.
