These new apartments are situated on the corner of Avenida Europa and Calle Ibiza, so quite convenient for The Square, and only about six or seven minuits walk from the beach and promenade.
They have a nice swimming pool set in shady area with trees and grass (only guaranteed to be open mid June to mid September), and private parking (payable locally). They are very suitable for wheelchair users as there is easy access into the building and big lift.
The apartments have two bedrooms and lounge/diner with sofa bed which makes into two single beds. They sleep up to 6 people. They have a good size balcony, bathroom and well equipped kitchen with oven and/or microwave, toaster, kettle and washing machine in separate area with sink. They also have air conditioning and central heating. The TV is an optional extra payable locally.
Price includes the use of water, gas, electricity and cleaning on departure. Bed linen and towels are also supplied and changed weekly. Refundable cash deposit of 150 euros per apartment payable on arrival.
