These apartments are on the hill in the Rincon de Loix area. Nearby, in Avenida de Estocolmo and Calle Londres, there are quite a few bars and restaurants. The Square is about 20 mins. walk.
There is a small but attractive swimming pool (which is open all year) with sunbathing area with sunloungers. There is also private parking and a reception. They are not suitable for wheelchair or mobility scooter users.
The apartments have one bedroom with twin beds, bathroom (with small bath) separate kitchen, lounge/diner with sofa bed which makes into two single beds, and good size balcony. They sleep up to 4 persons. The kitchens only have a 2 ring hob and no oven or microwave. But they do have a toaster and kettle. They have a coin operated TV and safe (10 euros per week payable locally).
Price includes the use of water, gas, electricity and cleaning on departure. Bed linen and towels are also supplied and changed weekly. Refundable cash deposit of 150 euros per apartment payable on arrival.
