This popular complex is situated in Avenida Ametlla de Mar, not far from the indoor market. There is also an entrance in Avenida Juan Fuster Zaragoza. There are lots of shops, bars and restaurants in the vicinity, and The Square is less than 15 mins.

The complex, which was only completed in 2003, consists of three buildings with 30 floors. In the middle there is a large attractive lagoon style swimming pool with children's pool. The pools are open all year, but there is also a covered pool which is heated in the Winter months. They also have two tennis courts and parking (payable locally). They are suitable for wheelchair users as there is easy access into the building and big lift.
The apartments have one or two bedrooms, lounge/diner with sofa bed, separate kitchen, bathroom and good size balcony. The two bedroom apartments also have a separate toilet. They sleep up to 4 and 6 people. The kitchen has an oven and/or microwave. There is a separate washing area with sink but they do not have washing machines. The TV is included. Heating for the winter months is included but air conditioning is an optional extra at 7 euros per day. The air conditioning should be requested at the time of booking. They do not have a safe.
Price includes the use of water, gas, electricity and cleaning on departure. Bed linen and towels are also supplied and changed weekly. Refundable cash deposit of 150 euros per apartment payable on arrival.
