These family owned and run apartments are situated in busy Calle Ibiza, in the heart of the entertainment area. They are very basic and showing their age, but you will receive a friendly service from the helpful owners.
There is a reception and a small swimming pool in sheltered area with sun loungers which is open May to September or October. It is suitable for mobility scooters which can be charged in the lobby, but the lift is too small for wheelchairs.
The apartments have two smallish bedrooms with twin beds, and a sofa in the living/dining room. They sleep up to 6 people, but please note that the price is based on an occupancy of up to 4 people and that there is a supplement of 7 euros per night per extra person. All the balconies are open. The kitchenette has a hob, oven and kettle. TVs are available to hire at 1 euros per day. They have 5 English channels(unknown) not Sky.
Price includes the use of water, gas, electricity and cleaning on departure. Bed linen is supplied, whilst towels can be hired at 1 euro per person. Changes of linen and towels also 1 euro. Refundable cash deposit of 150 euros payable on arrival.
