Location: 40 kms. south of Le Mans B&B LE MOULIN CALME, LUCEAU
Former mill situated by two lakes just north of Chateau du Loir.
All rooms have a view of the lake.
Breakfast is served on the veranda or on the terrace by the lake. Evening meals 20 euros (childen up to 11 years, 12 euros).
NB: Evening meals must be booked in advance and you should aim to arrive by 19:00 if you wish to eat here. Please indicate in Special Instructions if you would like to book the evening meal, or not.

Property: This B&B was exceptional. The setting was very beautiful, and the dinner was the best meal we had during our entire three weeks in France.
Hotels Abroad: Your service was as always first class. There was a slight difficulty in locating this property, but it is actually shown in Google Maps as Le Moulin Calme (at the higher magnifications). For the benefit of Sat Nav users it can be found at N. 47.72613 E. 0.37962

Property: While the property was in good repair and clean the grounds, particularly the lake, had an end-of-season/tired ambiance. The hosts were very approachable, helpful. and obliging.
