Kitchen, bathroom and terrace, and sleep up to 4 people. The apartments are between the 8th and 12th floor. Facilities include swimming pool, small garden, tennis court and garage. Price includes the use of water, gas, electricity and cleaning on departure. Bed linen and towels are also supplied and changed weekly. Key collection at agent's office approximately 350m. from the apartments between 17:00 and 20:00 hrs, (see FAQs - Frequently Asked Questions). Refundable cash deposit of 150 euros per apartment payable on arrival.

Property: it was a terrible room, dirty floors, electric socket hanging off wall, graffiti on balcony wall, there was no t.v no micro wave, no washing machine.

Property: Fantastic location close to all the bars,clubs & beach but apartments in need a makeover to bring them up to modern a standard.
Hotels Abroad: Very good service but had to request another set of keys and pick them up at differant office/location,i believe a mininmun of two sets of keys for a party of three adults should be provided as the norm.I sugest that when booking online any additional key be requested at this stage with confirmation via email.

Property: We were not impressed with the condition of the apartment in respect of the furnishings, somewhat shoddy. The kitchen layout was not user friendly.The noise level from people living above (spanish)was at times very annoying. This apartment,tower 2, did not compare with the apartment we stayed in when we were here last october (2007) in tower 1 GEM.2 Overall we were disappointed.
Hotels Abroad: Service very good,no problems at all.
